In some women, breasts hang due to gravity, reduced skin elasticity and breastfeeding. The skin becomes more steep with skin procedures for people with sufficient breast tissue. In people who do not have enough breast tissue, breast prosthesis is placed under the muscle to ensure fullness and then the breast is erected.

The operation takes about 2-3 hours under general anesthesia. After the operation, a special bra is worn and used for 4 weeks. Then a sports bra is used for 15 days. After the sports bra, a normal bra is used.
