It is called breast enlargement in men. It occurs for structural and genetic reasons. It is usually seen in men during adolescence. There are 3 different types of gynecomastia.

1) Breast-rich type

2) Fat-rich type

3) Type rich in both breast and adipose tissue

Liposuction method is also effective in gynecomastia due to excess fat in breast tissue. Fat and breast tissue gynecomastia also need to be removed from breast tissue in addition to liposuction. If excess skin is added to these excesses, skin tissue is removed after removing fat tissue and breast tissue.

The operation takes approximately 1 hour under general anesthesia. A special corset is worn after the operation. The person can return to normal life after 1-2 days.
