Breast Augmentation Aesthetics
The techniques used for breast augmentation are prosthesis placement and fat injection. It is possible to enlarge the breast tissue by injecting the fat from any part of the body into the breast tissue by preparing it as stem cells. However, this method is not suitable for all breast types.
Breast prosthesis should be used only for breast enlargement. A prosthesis placed on a sagging nozzle does not lead to sagging, even the weight of the prosthesis causes the sagging of the breast even further. Therefore, depending on the degree of sagging of the breasts, it is more convenient to place a silicon prosthesis in the sagging breasts with erecting surgery.
The prostheses are anatomical, round or asymmetrical. The shape of the breast, the height-weight ratio of the person, the rib cage, the shape of the shoulder and the shape of the prosthesis are decided according to the patient’s expectations. Breast augmentation surgery, such as the nipple, under the breast, underarm incision, such as surgical incision, breast prosthesis is placed. The operation takes about 1.5 hours under general anesthesia.
After surgery, a special bra is worn and used for 4 weeks. Then a sports bra is used for 15 days. After the sports bra, a normal bra is used.
