Facial Aesthetics

In closed rhinoplasty, there are no incisions and sutures on the skin that separates both nostrils. Surgical incisions occur through the skin on the inside of the nose, which we call the nasal mucosa. Thus, muscle and connective tissues of the nose are protected.

Self-melting internal sutures are discarded while closing the nose after surgery. Therefore, there are no sutures visible from the outside. Postoperative recovery occurs faster, less edema and a natural nose appearance.
